Instruction manual for the autoloader:
If for any reason you need to flash your BB10 using the autoloader, use the following instruction:

1. make backup via Blackberry Link (6)
2. close the Blackberry Link, making sure that the backup is done
3. disconnect the phone from the computer and turn it off (1)
4. Extract the autoloader from the archive (if necessary) - as a rule, the autoloader itself is archived in .rar, .zip or .7z
5. Run the autoloader - file with the extension .exe
6. when Connecting to Bootrom appears, connect the phone to the computer (2)
6.1. if you need a password, enter the device password and press Enter
7. the green LED will light up - installation of the firmware will start (3)
8. When the firmware is completed, the phone starts to boot - you can unplug it from your computer
9. After initial configuration, restore from a backup (not recommended), or configure as a new device (4) (5) (6)

(1) remove the battery if the phone can not be turned off (error when updating, backup, reset settings, etc.)
(2) remove the battery, if instead of the firmware (green LED) the normal boot process starts, and reconnect the phone
(3) if you took out the battery, insert it after the start of the firmware process
(4) is recommended if you installed a firmware version other than the one on which the backup was made, or you did firmware to get rid of any problems with the device, or software
(5) for the full operation of all services (including BBM Channels, Video / Voice), it is recommended to flash and do the initial setting as follows:
initially choose English. language and region UK / USA;
do not enter the BBID during the initial setup (for OS 10.3.2 - you must disable the BlackBerry Protect in the phone settings before installing the autoloader)
do not include location;
configure all necessary parameters after the initial setup is completed (setup).

(6) if you want to keep the data as much as possible from your device, but get rid of the problems that will inevitably return after restoring from a backup made with Blackberry Link, you can backup data using an application such as Ultimate Backup for BlackBerry 10, memory card, or in the cloud, and then restore them to a clean device.
