Windows, go to Control Panel and open the Device Manager
There you see any groups of devices
From the Action menu, select Add legacy hardware Author
Add Hardware Wizard will open, click next
Select Install the hardware I select from a list (Advanced)
Next click on the Have Disk button twice
Eye and drive to be the inf file, then click Select to find. (I usb2ser_win764.inf option for my phone. Usb2ser_win7.inf select the 32-bit PC.
Open and click OK. You will see listed drivers. There, select the drive and click next and finish the installation. I use Mediatek preload VCOM USB port for my phone. VCOM USB port on MediaTek also should work fine.
Windows 8 Setup
If you are on Windows 8, sometimes shows an error: "The third-party INF does not contain digital signature information." In this case, follow these steps to disable Driver Signature Enforcement.
Open the Charms bar in Windows 8 and select "Settings"
Select "Change PC Settings"
Select "General"
Scroll to the bottom of the General page and select "Now again" "Advanced Start-Up" below
After coming back to the PC, select the "Troubleshooting"
Select "Advanced Options"
Select the "Start-Up Settings"
Select the Restart button
Or press the F7 key or press the number 7 key on your computer keyboard. This will allow you to load unsigned drivers Driver Signature Enforcement is disable. After the PC is restarted, normally install the drivers.
